On the Fourth of July, the rooftop of Raffles L’Ermitage Beverly Hills will offer one of the best views in town for fireworks displays in the Hollywood Hills, at the ocean and in downtown LA. All American Chef Christopher Eagle (you can’t make these things up) will recreate a traditional BBQ feast including chicken, ribs, hot dogs, hamburgers and all the fixings and for dessert, a decadent banana split bar.
